Fly Away Little Bird
I like to go outside and stare at the sky
Then I like to sit and contemplate on why it’s so beautiful
I don’t know a lot of things and I can’t answer a lot so don’t ask why
But I do know one and final thing is that it’s wonderful
I’m so young, and I just want to have fun
I’m just not ready for the real world.
I might have to go out and explore the world and run.
And be a regular teenage girl
Instead of going that way, I found Broadway
On my journey, I saw a lot of buildings
I want to go out and have fun my way.
And spread my long and pretty wings
And fly far away like a bird
But as soon as I arrived something occurred.
