Apocalyptic
With weary eyes I see a fading world,
It was once good, but now it’s pure hell.
I stared in terror as evil unfurled,
Something brand new started and you can tell.
Like Frankenstein you have made the creature.
Will the end to this misery be found?
And will our demise be our final teacher?
Can it teach us to go without a sound?
This world was great now it can only fade.
It all started when the pot began to stir,
It made everything begin to cascade,
Now everything is an enormous blur.
But now maybe, just maybe you can see,
All the bad things that you have done to me
