Up above the sky so high
There lies my little star
And should I ever think to cry
I look to her here from afar
So pretty yet so delicate
She shyly shines her rays of joy
More gorgeous than a calm sunset
My perfect pleasure to enjoy
Her brilliance causes me to smile
Her light illuminates my life
Her warmth can soothe me for a while
Her beauty nullifies my strife
I only wish that you could see
You are that little star to me
