Sonnet 1231
I sent you my heart. It never arrived?
You said it was late, and lost in the lot,
But I know off my rejection you thrived,
Discarding my love was your selfish plot.
Oh, my love was a letter never read,
You tore it up into fragile pieces,
Wanted to break it until it bled red,
And still my love withstood decreases.
But now no more love in my heart for you,
You will not feed on my sweet words again!
Oh, my heart will mend, be open and new,
One day, think and you will understand then,
In the future you never will be fine.
No letter will be as sincere as mine.
