Basketball
As I dribble the ball down the court
I hear the fans cheer
The defense is set up like a fort
I try and get clear
I hear someone call for the ball
His defender is taller than a tower
The other is small
I throw the ball with force
He shoots the ball
But the shot is blocked
It goes across the court and hits the wall
The game is over and we have lost
We have lost which we feared
Even though it was over the fans still cheered
