The Sad Child

You sad, poor child

Don't let your grief turn to anger

Don't let your heart be poisoned

You say you're bad

You say you're sad

But in reality you're just running

A coward you are

You sad, poor child

Don't listen to what they say

Don't listen to the lies you tell yourself

You think you're poor 

You think you're lonely

But really your heart is hurting

A pained child you are
