Until We Meet Again
I never saw it coming
It struck me like a train
And still it's slowly killing me
This is worse than any pain
I saw you as invincible
A strong and steady wall
You could take on anything
And still you'd never fall
To hear that you had fallen
I prayed it wasn't true
I thought over and over
There's no way that it was you
The fact that you're not here now
With the saddness that it brings
Now I know you're flying high
With your new set of wings
I know you're looking down
From a warm and peacful place
Telling me you made it home
With that smile on your face
There's no way this is good bye
For one day again we'll meet
So for now you wait up there
And save me an extra seat
