His eyes were unrested

Sweat trickling down from forehead

Hands with an awkward hesitation

Just like writhing on death bed

"Tomorrow perhaps I see,

The rising sun for the last time"

Muttered the soldier to himself

Closed his eyes and clock struck nine

Next day, the soldier with spirit

Undaunted from all creature

With heroism and gallantry

Marched down to foes from stature

He fought and fought till

He avenged his fellow martyrs

Enclosed by foes all around

But still without any fear

Full of wounds and scars

The gallant soldier fell on land

Shed the last drop of blood

In the sake of his motherland
