He was scared and terrified

Eyes full of tears

Being alone in the world

But no one ever cares

Reluctant to do house chores

Worse than a slave

At his cruel aunt's home

Like writhing in a grave

The boy was compelled to do

All the work throughout the day

Starving with hunger and thirst

Only got a loaf throughout the day

It dawned bright and sunny one day

Deep blue sky flecked with cloud

Stream gurgling down the hill

And sun rose with arrogance and proud

The boy was busy in grazing the cattle

Wandering far and wide

Surrounded with fragnant air

Slipping down the hill side

Suddenly the sun hid behind

The clouds growing darker

Little boy felt rain drops

Falling down quick and quicker

Gathered the sheeps, goats and cow

Guided them under the shadow

One of the goat was missing

Scowled his aunt to go

"Go and bring that poor goat

No dinner otherwise"

The boy climbed down in rain

Having no other choice

Searching the goat far and wide

But all in vain

In total darkness of night

The boy slipped in drain

"Help! Help! he yelled

But his voice's low than that of rain

Struggling in water for while

Drowned in the condition of fain.
