Grandpa's Free MAG
Death is a heavy burden on your chest.
Your grandpa is gone, but his soul remains.
He always wishes you the very best.
Where your grandpa rests he flies like a plane.
He left love behind when he flew away.
Do not grieve for him, for now he is free.
He watches over you every day.
He hasn’t come to the end of his journey.
Remember him with smiles not dreadful tears.
I know you will feel lost and in despair.
Hold onto your memories through the years.
I know it does not seem like it is fair.
Until then, he will wait by heaven’s door.
And you will be reunited once more.
When I had lost my grandfather, I went through some rough patches. I vented through writting and music. He is my inspiration for everything I do. I hope this will help anyone who has lost a loved one. They are not gone, their soul still remains.
