Love is in the cards
I stand, and stand,
waiting for someone,
to give me their hand,
a kind deed, sealed and done.
Stillness, for years and years,
I still keep my eyes open,
Although shedding tears and tears,
my heart almost broken...
But I know that you're coming,
for me, accross numerous a mile,
you walk, keep on humming,
and I know you'll take a while.
Sitting waiting for my love, I'll be,
I believe you're coming for me.
