I'm Grey
I find it ironic how my life shows
Painted my tall walls grey, the borders white
It’s office like, still and calming; but how
when my life has nothing in grey or height?
Presentation is how to survive
If colors are shown, hope it doesn't stick
Colors are childish, don't keep them alive
The adults are speaking, but I feel sick
The world still hasn't learned how to accept
The rainbow in people marched on the streets
Sure, it’s lawfully accepted except
for the sophistication which grey meets
Walk in a straight hall that's coated in grey
If you are color, curve out of your way.
