Walking into Panera smelling the fresh cooked bread, seeing the smiling faces of the people enjoying their food, and getting a friendly greeting from the person behind the counter ready to take my order. All of these lead to a positive outcome of the Panera Bread restaurant in Delafield, Wisconsin. 

Although the atmosphere is wonderfully put together with the green leaf pattern on the booths, and the wood tables scattered leaving many options for people to sit. The interior makes it appealing to customers' eyes. The one dish that stands out the most to me is the mac and cheese. Panera has flatbread pizzas with a choice of cheese, and pepperoni. Popular options are also soups, such as broccoli, and three cheese.The mac and cheese is a very popular dish at Panera. In fact, when looking at the menu, the third category is Soups and Mac, and when clicking into there, the top choice is the dish of mac and cheese. The mac and cheese looks very appealing on the digital menu that is provided and makes it look like a good dish to eat. The menu on the tablet gives images of each dish and how it is served, it also lets you click on the items and see the sizes and the amount of calories within each proportion. The size portions of the mac and cheese are very different from large to small. The large dish is 1140 calories and runs at $9.39, while the small is at 660 calories and is sold at $6.19. 

The mac and cheese is served in a ceramic dish with silverware placed on the plate with the bowl. The appearance of the dish is aesthetically appealing and makes you want to eat. From my experience, when ordering mac and cheese, the wait time is roughly five to ten minutes depending on the busyness of the restaurant. The mac and cheese is very creamy and thick enough to mix into the noodles and completely cover them all. The noodles never seem to be over or under cooked and the proportion of noodles to sauce is equally distributed. Sometimes there is even more sauce which makes the taste buds in your mouth flood with the liquidy, cheesy sauce. Overall, Panera bread is a popular place to visit and is a top choice on my list for mac and cheese dishes.
