"A Cornfield Misadventure"
I thought Paige Davis did a great job writing “A Cornfield Misadventure” an autobiography, in the October issue of Teen Inc. The story has some funny parts and some crazy driving, in an old red pickup truck. The reader is on the edge of their seat during the last half of the story. I like funny stories so I liked this one.
In the first paragraph she says that she had the radio blasting, right then I knew it was going to be funny. She relates to the readers easily so the story almost feels like you’re the one that is driving that old red pickup truck. On last column she starts laughing after she crashes just because the wheels are in the air. Near the last paragraph she says that they didn’t care if the car was totaled. I think that is crazy! I wouldn’t want my car totaled even if it’s old. I really like this story because I can relate to it. You should read it too!
