Gossip Girl Series
The Gossip Girl Series, written by Cecily von Ziegesar, is about the rich and popular teenagers in New York City. They live in extravagant penthouses; one overlooks The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Not everyone has the opportunity to live this kind of life. Wouldn't you like to read about the people that do? The people in this series can basically do whatever they want, within reason. The books are mainly about friendship and relationships. The ups and downs will keep you reading until the end. The crazy things that these girls will do to get what they want will keep you turning the pages. If you watch the television series, you can still read the books. They are completely different from each other and both keep you on the edge of your seat. Cecily von Ziegesar is brilliant in coming up with new was to entertain her readers.
