Read the extravagant tale of the survival between a father and his son malnourished and in rags. They make their way across the wastes of a post – apocalyptic North America. There travels will bring themselves to the brink of death and push themselves to survive. In the unforgiving reality that is life on “The Road”.
Considered to be one of Cormac McCarthy’s best novels this tragic yet expressive story will. Pull on your heart strings and show what the power of faith and strength will pull the human mind and. Body to push itself to the brink of death and insanity just to try and survive with barley anything to live on. Watch as they walk across the ash covered America having to dig and rummage through. The filth and trash of a lost and forgotten world to try and the littlest of morsels. That they can find just to live another day they must fight must fight against the cold unforgiving fury. That is mother nature but these are no there only problems they must deal with the people who enslave, steal, kill and plunder without a second of remorse.
“The Road” is a very powerful and inspirational book that will thrill and surprise you and leave you craving for more. It will make you appreciate how easy life is for us and how bad things could. Be for us and how much that we idiotically take for granted giving you big question what would you do? Fans of the books the Seventh Plaque and The Compound will thoroughly enjoy this book.
They’re luck and faith in each other charges them forward to survive. So that they can reach they’re far far goal of the warm south. See how life has surprises for everyone even for those without.
