We were liars is one of those book that will make you keep on reading them even though it make you really angry at it. I have hard time putting this book down because it make me want to find out the ending of the four liars, the two lover and about an accident that have happened inside this book.  Once you start reading and get to the part of the accident it cover mostly everything in the book and why she was treated this way. The part before the accident have me going crazy!

Cadence Sinclair a rich wealthy 18 year old girl who lived in Massachusetts in a Beechwood island with her family. Her parent got divorced. She fall in love with an outsider who visit the island every summer. She suffer from migraines since her accident. She have two cousin who is called Johnny, and Mirren. Cady lover called Gat. Together all four of them are known as the liars. Cady and Gat are kind of dating but in the meantime Gat is also seeing another girl in the city called Raquel.

One summer night, Cady was alone walking in the beach. Not knowing where her friend were. She went swimming wearing camisole,bra and underwear. She plunged down and hit her head on a big rock. In the morning her mother found her curled into a ball shivering. She lost her memories after that. No one want to tell her what have happen that night because they're scared she can't handle the pain.

The part that make me wanna drop the book and want to stop reading is the part where she have her accident. How she keep complaining about her headache and no one know about her suffer. Also how she was trying to find a way to get her memories back. She doesn't like to spend the summer with her father because he would take her to places such as Barcelona, Pairs, Scotland and Berlin. When she's away she would write a couple Email to her cousin how her day was, but get mad that no one would reply back to her. Also she worried too much about her love life with Gat that he might leave her to Raquel. And she hate him for not coming to see her when she was sick in the hospital.

The theme of this book is about four friend that will do anything to stay together. Doing thing that they are scared to do even though they know that is wrong. The two lover Cadence Sinclair and Gat Patil. Who knew each other since eight year old. Who became a couple during summer, but another girl from Gat city is in love with him too who would he chose?

E.Lockhart is the author of this book. She wrote more book too. Her novel  The Disreputable History of Frankie Landau- Bank was a Printz Award and Winner Of a Cybils Award for the Best Young Adult Novel. E.Lockhart wort this book because when she was a girl she wonder what is like to live in those  beautiful house in the Island. That how We Were Liars started.

We were liar is an amazing book. Teen and adult can both read it. Its not a book I said I really love it and would read it again,but after finishing the book it make me feel prove that I actually read it all.
