Valerie's Home Cooking by Valerie Bertinelli
Wow! This is honestly the best cookbook I have ever seen! When I first opened the envelope it came in, I didn't expect the book to be as pretty as it is. The pages are also so nice and they are thick, which is great for a cookbook. The pictures in it are beautiful as well. The layout of it is perfect. The recipes are also varied. I think the best thing about this book is the fact that none of the recipes are "dumb". In alot of cook books, they include little recipes for kids that don't taste good, but are just to get your kids in the kitchen. This book had none of that, but it had many recipes kids would enjoy. I think this book belongs in every kitchen. It is a very beautiful book.
I got an ARC from the publisher, but it did not effect my rating.
