The Pride and Prejudice (2005)
Pride and Prejudice is one of Jane Austen's most beautiful works. And it takes more than just costumes and sets to bring soul to a story filled with emotions to such an extent.
But, the cast of Pride and Prejudice have undoubtedly succeeded.
Kiera Knightley plays Elizabeth Bennet. Elizabeth meets Mr. Darcy, rich, single but proud. They fall in love, but not too easily. The plot has a lot more to it. The movie does make you sigh with awe and at times roll your eyes with disgust at the strange pride and prejudices of earlier times.
If you're an Austen fan, watch it to see the pages of the book on screen.
If you're not, watch it to get a glimpse of some beautiful times.
