Super Size Me MAG

By Anonymous

At least once in your life you have probably eaten at McDonald’s. “Super Size Me” is about Morgan Spurlock, a skinny, healthy filmmaker who eats only McDonald’s food for a month. One of his rules is if a clerk asks if he wants to Super Size his meal, he must say yes.

During the experiment, he sees several doctors to determine if what he is doing is harmful. The doctors agree that as a consequence he will have a significant weight gain and maybe even suffer heart problems. Regardless, he continues with his experiment to prove how fattening and unhealthy McDonald’s really is.

While watching this movie, I learned that a diet of McDonald’s food could be dangerous for your heart and your weight if you eat too much of it too often.

I liked this movie because it shows the truth about fast-food restaurants and how often Americans eat at them. In the end, the star explains that it took him a very long time to lose the weight he gained. Although he didn’t have any health problems, but he came very close to developing them. The moral of the story is: if you super size your meal, you are super sizing yourself.

This movie made me realize how disgusting fast food really was. Even though I already didn't like to eat it, Super Size Me just made me hate eating at fast food resturaunts even more. Good job on this review! I think this is a movie for all of the people who like to eat out.

I stay FAR away from McDonalds. I don't eat there. I saw SUPER SIZE ME when I was SIX and learned from it. My mom and dad were watching it and I was watching it with them. I love this doc. though :)

I had to watch this in 6th grade as part of a fitness class and I have always thought twice about eating about McDonald's but sometimes I don't have a choice.
