Terms Of Endearment MAG
"Terms of Endearment" is a brilliantly made movie about the relationships between mother and daughter, and husband and wife. The movie portrays the difficulties many adults have with their parents through one woman who experiences many struggles as she tries to deal with her husband and mother. The movie becomes increasingly sad when this woman develops cancer. The movie does not have a fairy-tale ending either and thus is not suited for comedy-lovers. However, the movie is realistic and shows one side of life that many movies ignore: the harsh, difficult relationships that make up much of our lives.
"Terms of Endearment" won the Academy Award for Best Movie in 1984, and features Debra Winger and Shirley MacLaine, as well as Jack Nicholson.n
