Radio
This movie is about Radio, a man with special needs (Cuba Gooding Jr.) who becomes friends with Harold Jones (Ed Harris), the football coach at T.L. Hanna High School. At first, he was bullied by some players on the team, but Coach Jones helped him and made sure he wasn’t bullied again. Radio starts coming to the football practices and getting close with the team. He also starts going to Hanna High. Unfortunately, some people aren’t happy about him hanging around the team and at the school. Watch this movie to find out if Radio is ever accepted by the community.
I thought this movie was very well made. The actors did a marvelous Cuba Gooding Jr. played Radio incredibly well. Ed Harris did an excellent job too. The theme about love and belonging was very touching and heartwarming. Some parts were confusing but it didn’t really matter. Overall, I loved this movie and I recommend it to everyone who enjoys a good tearjerker!
