The Great Misdirect(2009) by Between the Buried and Me
This 6 track madness is what solidified Between The Buried and Me's love of storytelling and poetry. It isn't as good as Alaska or Colors, but it'll do. This is also consitered to be the pre-Parallax being that on both sides they lead up the story until the Parallax EP. Tracks like Swim to the Moon and Fossil Genera-A Feed From Cloud Mountain are such tracks that reveal the exestance of Prospects one and two. The album does do its job well despite it being just shy of an hour.
I was tempted to give it a 10/10 but I can't really do that due to Colors beating it out and that it doesn't sound quite as good as it did. Instead I'll have to give it a 9.5/10
