From The Very Depths(2015) by Venom
Cronos and the gang are back with this dusty, dirty, and overall, crusty album. Venom is an extreme thrash metal band out of the UK that one coined the term Black Metal with their second album and also was HIGHLY Satanic. This is a band you do not want to screw around with.
With previous albums like Resurrection, Black Metal and Welcome to Hell, you have a good feeling what this will be like. Its not like Venom is the most complex band band in the world, they aren't, but they literally cranked the amp to 666 sand went all out with this one. Songs like Long Haired Punks, From The Very Depths and Smoke are sure to keep your blood boiling and your head, thrashing. This ain't no Metallica or Iron Maiden, this Venom mothers$@ker.
To be frank, I like this album. But there is one major thing that keeps it from even an eight, that is the MASSIVE repetition, at least make done diversity.
Anyways, I give this album a 7.5/10.
