Wii Fit Plus on Wii
"Wii fit" is a video game that was designed to help people lose weight and/or keep themselves in shape. I personally own the game and I find it pretty fun.
With a balance board with a weight limit of 330 pounds, it is perfect for people young and old. For younger kids hula hooping and the obstacle course are fun games. And for older ones skiing and snow ball fights are fun.
The mini games included in Wii Fit are all included to help your body structure in one way or another. You can also set goals to help you reach your ideal weight.
As always this is a video game and does not guarantee weight loss. It is definitely a fun activity to play with family and friends. You can buy it as most stores for about $100. But I would recommend Costco. (only $80)
A GAME WORTH BUYING!
