The Perfect Day
As a high schooler, many of us are too busy finishing homework or attending extracurricular activities to actually focusing on maintaining a strong mental and physical well-being. Therefore, this video showcases what the perfect day would look like, in the sense that instead of just worrying about school, you go out and eat well, play well, and sleep well. From including different exercises and meals you can do in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle, this video aims to promote awareness on how you can stay healthy while maintaining time for school activities and assignments.
