I don't understand why most people in the world don't like people of the same sex to be in a relationship. I'm bisexual myself and people come up to me and start critizing me because i am, but they dont understand that I'm special in my own way just like other ppl, no matter who they are.

Where I live the main population is gay, lesbian and bi people. In front of my school there are even people writing signs saying "God hates America and Fags are not welcomed here!" I am getting so sick of it! This is making us not want to come out and actually be us.

The government has no right to make laws saying that gays can not be married. God and government does not mix people! Get it straight! Some of yur friends might actually be gay, lesbian or bi, and would u not be there friend because of it? If you would, then you are messed up and not worthy of their friendship.

Because you shouldn't be deprived of rights because of who you are. It's unethical. As an example, supposed you're looked down upon for being blonde. (Not saying you are blonde)

Being gay or bisexual, has no connection to your personality. I know a lot of gay and bisexual people who have amazing personalities and would help anyone in need. It's sad that society makes it out to be wrong. The truth is some people are scared to be different so therefore they remain like everyone else. People should be able to be themselves without having to hear rude comments from everybody else. Please give me feedback (:

This was an amazing article i know a lot of lgbt people and i als o have two moms and i am not afriaid to say it. igrew up in a gay family and i am proud of it. it made me who i am today. go on to my account like see my profile look up my work and read my this i belive.

I agree, JoPepper. I've never understood how pulling others down makes someone feel good about themselves. It just makes us stronger and want to shout our se.xual orientations from the rooftops. :)

Umm no one has ever said that gay lesbian and bi realtionships will destroy straight marriages im bi and im not trying to destroy staright marriages and i dont wnat ot im just happy that im happy together with my bf

My personal stand is that I have nothing against the LGBT community, but I have a problem with gay marriage. Marriage is between a man and a woman. The Church and government are separated, so I think the government should not be allowed to propose laws allowing gay marriage.

I disagree with this comment completly. Homosexuals and myslef included (as i am a proud bisexual) are not trying to destrroy the law of marriage we are fighting for equaility and acception. I love my girlfriend and I hope you can respect that we love who we love and not trying to destroy marraige. Everybody has a right to equality.

ServantofGod, in America we're free to have own religion. Not everyone believes in God so the government can't just make laws based on what the bible says. Religion and government don't mix. In the bible it's a sin to lie to you're mom but idt the government is going to make a law about it or every teenager would be arrested.
