Coffee Sun
as we walked down the tide,
my sundress whips down
on the white chrests
we walk on water
my feet graze the sea salt
as he grabs my waist and drags
my breath away under
the surface
my mind goes fuzzy as my eyes
meet his
life stares at me through moonbeam
lenses and a catch
a star in my hand as i slip
my hand into his and
take him under with me
we float neutral in the blackened
midst of liquid
sun
his eyes twinkle and he
spurs to the surface
i follow
we fly to the diamonds above
they twist and turn,
becoming my sundress and
my heart
he steals my smile
i steal his
we burst into a million stars
we take flight

I just want to say thank you very much for that. I deeply appreciate your... um, your 'liking' my poem.
