Hide My Face
When you stand in the corner with that look on your face
When you shake your head and walk away
When you pace around and don’t say a word
When you say things, and think you’re unheard
When you roll your eyes and let out that sigh
When you turn around and don’t say goodbye
When we stand face to face, but you can’t look me in the eye
When I ask for a reason, but you never tell me why
When you whip your hair and cause a disgrace
When you make me ant to go home and hide my face
When you push me to the limit, but ask for respect,
What makes you think I’ll work hard for that?
