Indigo City...
indigo city and bright orange looking over it,
families in every color, love is every color,
a spectrum of beauty,
a bloody-nosed child, a loving father,
he would give her the sun if he could,
lace and roses make her feel beautiful,
childish reds and blues,
and artist paints the landscape,
he paints it through his cracked inner-city apartment window,
his window of opportunity,
music and color and instruments with strings,
percussion, the colors come booming from the drums,
el toro, the lovers, umbrella for the sun
