Alone
Alone
I am alone.
Not physically alone.
Not socially alone.
Not alone like I am not close to anyone alone.
But just alone enough to be depressed.
Alone enough that I cry myself to sleep at night.
Alone enough that I miss him every moment of every day.
Alone enough that I drown my emotions in pain.
Alone enough that I no longer feel my heart beat.
Alone enough that my best friend is my blade.
Alone enough that I realize what he did to me.
Alone enough to know, he’ll never love me.
Alone enough to see.
