Starring in to the mirror
all I see is imperfections
two hours later, my feeling of okay.
Discreetly grooming in class
the pattern never stops.
Looking down in the shower
all I see is imperfections.
A glance at my reflection in a window
all I see is imperfections.
I look around at beautiful faces
searching for my feeling of okay.
I drown my make up bag
until I don't know who I am
yet the imperfections are forever.
Am I differnt?
