Carpe Diem
I walk past you,
Again.
It hurts to see her.
In the same place i used to stand.
One day i'll move on.
But then again,
I don't want to.
I miss your arms,
Wrapped around me,
Protecting me,
And drowning out everything.
I hate the saying:
'What could've been'
Because all it makes me do is cry.
I say im happy for you,
However i'd do
Just about anything
To have you again.
Like it used to be,
Like we wanted it to be.
What happened to those good times?
Why did this happen.
We are both hurt.
One day
Just one day...
For now
I'll seize the day.
And wait for you once more,
and stay true.
I Love You.
