Throughout my living years
I swear, you've never even
once let me down
You'd always want the best for me
It's as if you'd never want to see me frown
You never fail to tuck me in at night
Telling me you love me
and that things are gonna be alright
Having infinite faith in me
Reminding me to do my best and be the best
These are the things that
keep me going in life
Now at sixteen
The safest place for me
is still being in your arms
Like you always say; I'm your little baby girl
and I promise, I always will be
