How to Play Tennis

Alex Lovern suggests one must practice a lot when it comes to tennis. She says practice should be happening about Three to Four times a week to keep one consistent. If one has been doing tennis for a good amount of time, quitting most likely won't be their best option. “Tennis is a workout,” Lovern says. It's a stress reliever and a really easy sport to fall in love with if coaches are appropriately treating their players.

Lovern says “the best thing to do is become friends with coaches and they will treat you much better meaning the sport will then become more fun.” Anything being learned should be taken to heart and to the head so that the skills don't just get forgotten about. If one wants to genuinely improve, always follow what is said and ideas given to help improve. Everything needed for this sport is a tennis racket and tennis shoes.

One thing that’ll help anyone out though is always having a positive attitude going into it. “If in lessons, try the best you can to miss as little as you can,” says Lovern. If one is missed, showing up for lessons after that is the best improvement to have within a missed practice. Missing a lesson should only be for a reasonable reason and shouldn’t be because  you don’t feel like going. Tennis is a sport that can be loved by anyone and everyone if appreciated enough. Practice makes perfect in any sport, especially tennis.

I am a high school student who had to do this assignment as a way to get to know some of my classmates better. We were assigned to do this so that we could meet with someone we barely knew and they could give us a step by step tutorial on how to do whatever hobby they chose.
