A vision of a gorgeous black gown
A forever sleeping delicate goddess
The smell of roses flood her skin
A whisper wakes her from her sleep
Water wet eyes show her ache
She sees her bare legs shine with sweat
Through the mist she spots the last red petal
As the last petal falls she gasps
Blood begins to fill her throat
Her ugly dream has come true

When I wrote this poem I got inspiration from the Beauty and the Beast story with the rose and the petal falling and it kind of just came to me.
